SECOTEC, Inc. personnel have been providing our expertise in ground and flight systems for over 20 years and have substantial experience in engineering disciplines critical to the successful evaluation, development, testing and deployment of military and commercial systems. Our specialty areas include: Specialty Testing and Test Support; Electronics, Specialty Instrumentation, Data Acquisition, and Data Analysis; Optical System Development, Testing and Analysis; Seeker Window Testing and Evaluation; Low-cost "Skunkworks" Prototyping; Ground and Flight Hardware; Aerodynamics Design and Analysis; Mechanics and Dynamics; Management Consulting; Sled-track Rail Refurbishment.
We have participated in every aspect of the engineering process from defining program objectives, setting requirements, program planning, special analysis to support system design, and component and system testing and evaluation. Our personnel have performed various system studies and analysis for Army, Navy, Air Force, and NASA, systems including systems engineering, optical systems, aerodynamics, propulsion, structures and dynamics. These areas are reinforced with extensive hands-on experience in design, development, and testing of subsonic, supersonic, and hypersonic system related hardware in the laboratory, at wind tunnels and at test ranges (arena, sled, and flight).
We also have several products under development including a high-speed (>1 MHz.), Fiber optic temperature measuring system for highly energetic events; a high-speed, fiber optic spectrometer; a unique rail alignment monitoring system for high-speed rail transportation; a No-Contact Damage Indicator System for Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) and Kinetic Energy Weapons (KEW) evaluation; and several others.
We have a mechanical fabrication lab, an electronics lab, and an optics lab for prototyping, development and testing.
